I would highly recommend Project One to anyone looking to create a really unique space without any of the usual hassle that comes with a build.

Before we bought our house we had already decided we were going to build out and have an extension that would give us a kitchen-diner that would suit our family life. At the beginning of the year we approached project one, along with several other local building firms for quotes and decided pretty much straight away that we were going to use Dorian & Babette.

This was largely down to their enthusiasm and vision when they first came to our property as they had so many different ideas as to what we could achieve which was in stark contrast to the other companies who came to provide us with a quote. The real selling point for us was the fact that Dorian & Babette provided several designs for us to choose from, arranged the planning permission & dealt with the building inspector which meant we had nothing to do but wait for the build to commence.

The team were at the property ready to start work at 8am every day and even came on weekends to finish off jobs to ensure we kept to our agreed timelines. Before the build started Dorian said that by the end of the project we would be desperate to get rid of them but it really wasn’t the case, all the project one team were great along with all the contractors they used. My daughter kept asking where the builders were two weeks after the project was completed!

As the project evolved the design naturally changed a little and we were consulted by Dorian throughout. Whenever a decision had to be made Dorian always had options for us to choose from and as Dorian + Babette have impeccable taste we were always spoilt for choice.

We are so so happy with our new kitchen-diner and would highly recommend project one to anyone looking to achieve a truly unique space. These guys know what they’re doing and the finish and attention to detail is flawless.
